Vandemonium Crew Chief Kids Challenge!
Does your kid dream of being part of the action at MoParty? Here’s their chance!
This year at MoParty we have teamed up with Vice Grip Garage Vandemonium – a Van Circle Track Race, 10 lucky kids will be selected to serve as official Crew Chiefs for the influencers driving in the race.
Before the vans hit the circle track, our young Crew Chiefs will compete in a fun race of their own to help decide the starting positions for their drivers. That means the kids call the shots — and the influencers’ fate is in their hands!  Well, kinda!
👩‍🔧 How It Works

• Parents/guardians fill out the entry form below to register their child.

• Kids must be between  the ages of 8 - 12 to enter.

• From all entries, 10 Crew Chiefs will be chosen to participate.

• Selected Crew Chiefs will:

  • Compete in a short, fun race of their own.

  • Be paired with an influencer driver for Vandemonium.

  • Enjoy behind-the-scenes access and unforgettable memories!

📅 Important Details

• Event: Vandemonium – Van Circle Track Race

• Where: MoParty, Beech Bend Raceway Park – Bowling Green, KY

• When: Friday Sept 12 and Saturday Sept 13 (Names will be called at 6 PM Friday Sept 12 in the Circle Track)

• Who Can Enter: Kids between the ages of 8 - 12, with parent/guardian permission

⚖️ Legal Stuff (Parent/Guardian Must Agree)
By entering, I understand and agree that:

• My child’s participation is with my consent.

• If selected, my child will serve only in a non-driving, crew chief role.

• I release MoParty organizers, event staff, sponsors, and Beech Bend Raceway Park from liability for any claims related to my child’s participation.

• I grant permission for my child’s image, name, or likeness to be used in photos, video, and promotional materials.

• Selection of Crew Chiefs is at the discretion of event organizers.
